Commons is a split-network inside of CATS. The network allows recruiters CATS to share qualified applicants with other recruiters. If a shared candidate is hired by a client, the recruiters split the earned commission.

“Many of our customers have been excited about this for some time,” said Tony Sternberg, product manager. “Commons will help recruiters make quicker placements and improve the results they provide to their clients,” he said.

Using Commons can be summarized in four easy steps: posting a job order, submitting a candidate, reviewing candidates and placing a candidate.

Once a candidate is placed that was submitted via Commons, an invoice is created and sent to both parties.

About CATS Software: CATS applicant tracking system is a full-featured, web-based applicant tracking system used by recruiting agencies and HR professionals around the world.
