Greenberg Traurig´s Hugo López Coll to Speak on Anti-Corruption Risks Related to Mergers and Acquisitions
Mexico City, Mexico (PRWEB) March 19, 2014 -- Hugo López Coll, a shareholder with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, is scheduled to speak at the inaugural Mexico Summit on Anti-Corruption. The program, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI), will take place Tuesday, March 25, 2014 and Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico.
López Coll will speak on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. on the topic “Minimizing Mergers and Acquisitions Pitfalls: Effective Due Diligence to Avoid Buying a Potential Problem in Mexico.” His speech will focus on effective due diligence trends, including his experience successfully implementing anti-corruption programs in many countries, including various jurisdictions in Latin America and Mexico.
