At Hutch Metro Center Atrium in the Bronx, Kathy Zamechansky, Broker, and Daniel McVeigh, Associate Broker, KZA Realty Group, Inc., represented Edward Chiaravalle, a Dunkin Donut’s Franchisee, in securing a 10-Year lease of the 1,500 square foot property for $675,000.00. Joseph Kelleher and Josh Gopan of Simone Development represented Landlord Joseph Simone of Simone Development in the deal. The Atrium is the newest building to be built in the Hutch Metro Center complex. Chiaravalle’s Dunkin Donuts will be joining tenants LA Fitness and the Marriot Hotel. The hotel is the first nationwide hotel chain to move to the Bronx.

"And Dan McVeigh and Kathy Zamenchansky's of KZA Realty Group's extensive knowledge of real estate in the Bronx was essential in securing a site that met that criteria."
In addition, Zamechansky recently represented Owner Ralph Giordano in the sale of his three-story, $740,000 building at 1723 Crosby Avenue in the Bronx. Ernie Aronis of the Bouklis Group represented the buyer in the acquisition of the 4,420 square foot property.
At 2058 7th Avenue in the Bronx, Dan McVeigh of KZA represented Habeeb Al-Mansoory of the 123rd Street Deli Corp. in securing a 15-year lease of a 1,100 square foot property, totaling $684,000.00. KZA represented both the tenant and the Landlord, Raymond Yu, Yuco Management on this deal.
