"And Dan McVeigh and Kathy Zamenchansky's of KZA Realty Group's extensive knowledge of real estate in the Bronx was essential in securing a site that met that criteria."
In addition, Zamechansky recently represented Owner Ralph Giordano in the sale of his three-story, $740,000 building at 1723 Crosby Avenue in the Bronx. Ernie Aronis of the Bouklis Group represented the buyer in the acquisition of the 4,420 square foot property.
