Robins & Morton announced that it has signed a contract with the Louisiana Energy and Power Authority (LEPA) to provide engineering, procurement and construction services for a 64 megawatt Combined Cycle Power Plant in Morgan City, LA.

The project includes a GE LM6000 Gas Turbine Generator, Victory Heat Recovery Steam Generator and a Siemens Steam Turbine Generator. Robins & Morton is partnering with Power Engineers, out of Haley, ID, who will provide design engineering services. Robins & Morton will provide all procurement, construction, and commissioning services. The project will add approximately 120 construction jobs over a 16 month period.
