LogicForce Consulting, LLC, the award winning legal technology consulting firm has announced the following personnel updates that have taken place since the beginning of 2014. This is an exciting time for the LogicForce team, its clients, and partners.

Keith Whitaker recently celebrated his 6th year anniversary with LogicForce. Keith has served ably as our Business Development Manager during these six years and has done a tremendous job in broadening our business in Nashville and beyond. It is my pleasure to announce that Keith has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development. This promotion speaks to Keith's long-term commitment to our company, his valuable contributions to our growth up to this point, as well as his vision for our future. In this position Keith will continue to oversee and manage our growing sales staff as well as future marketing and graphic design personnel. In addition, he will assist with strategic planning and implementation as we expand into other markets outside of Nashville and Tennessee.

Due to continued expansion of both our Digital Forensics and E-Discovery/Litigation Support business lines, these areas will begin operating as two separate departments. Jim Kempvanee, who has served as our Digital Forensics Lab Manager for almost five years, will now serve as Director of Digital Forensics. In this position, Jim will provide strategic direction for our digital forensic services and management for all current and future forensic specialists. He will continue to provide vision and direction for our digital forensic service offerings as we both expand our current workload and extend into new areas.

Jordan McQuown, who just celebrated his first year anniversary with LogicForce, will serve as Director of Technology and Litigation Support. Jordan will continue to provide strategic direction for our Network Services division and will also provide direction for the Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support line of business. Jordan’s contributions in building our e-discovery and document review hosting infrastructure as well as our data backup system have been immense. He will continue to guide our ongoing expansion in these areas as our business grows.

Jim and Jordan both bring significant expertise and successful track records to their positions and both possess a vision for enhanced and expanded service offerings that we can provide as a company moving forward.

Paul Telesco, who joined LogicForce last year in our Network Services Division, has been promoted to Technical Services Manager, effective as of the beginning of the year. In this position, Paul is responsible for managing the daily operations of our technical engineering staff in meeting the needs of our clients as well as maintaining the smooth operation of our clients' networks. He along with Jordan are actively working to add additional human resources to our engineering staff to meet the growth demands of our company.

Blake Tidwell joined LogicForce as Controller, a new position within our company. Blake comes to LogicForce with a background in corporate strategic financial management and control. In this position, Blake will oversee and manage the financial health of our company as well as provide strategic direction for the allocation of resources for our company's continued growth. He is actively working to streamline processes that will enhance our company’s financial position and cash flow.

Rich Smith joined LogicForce as Midwest Region Account Executive. Rich is based out of Louisville and is spearheading our company's outreach and growth in markets in Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. Working in the Business Development department under Keith Whitaker's leadership, Rich is already opening doors for business opportunities in Kentucky and beyond.

Ryan Raplee joined LogicForce as Digital Marketing Specialist. Ryan is working remotely in Pennsylvania and will be working to enhance our company's image in both print and electronic media through his work in the Business Development department. In this position, Ryan will be responsible for our company's website presence, social media presence, print and electronic marketing collateral, SEO, as well as special web application projects to enhance our service offerings in other departments.
