A team of attorneys from the Warsaw office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP advised Orange Polska (Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.) in the course of negotiations and execution of an agreement on cooperation in providing financial services with mBank. A mobile retail bank will be established in accordance with the agreement signed.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Michał Fereniec and supported by Senior Partner Lejb Fogelman. Attorneys Piotr Smolarczyk and Aleksandra Polak also provided counsel.
The financial services will be provided under the Orange brand. The offer is addressed to retail customers, small and medium businesses and will include all the principal banking products. Orange Polska will be responsible for marketing and recruitment of clients, with mBank providing banking services and establishing a new division within the bank’s structure.
