Krono Partners Plc Property Bond Attends MIPIM Property Conference in Cannes, Launches New Website, and Reports 14.43% Yield from March Micro Loans

The event is designed to link property professionals from all walks of the international property sector and is a key event in the Krono calendar. As newcomers to MIPIM last year, the Company have reported a very fruitful trip, with a number of new opportunities resulting from the three-day conference, as well as the forging of a great many new relationships.

When asked about the launch, Managing Director Ivan Rosenschein commented: “We wanted to improve transparency for prospective bondholders visiting our page, as well as offering a greater level of functionality to our current bondholders.”
New features include an upgraded home page, loaded with information regarding the bond and the investments the Company has made, along with a number of bondholder reviews. The Company is also in the development stage of a new Investor Portal, offering its bondholders their own unique page, where they can view their latest interest payments and track their historical performance.
In other news, the March Micro Loans Program has seen another positive result, with a confirmed 14.43% yield via its SPV. The Company has commented that the program's continued success has been largely due to the multitude of loans made out in January, with the bulk of these having been returned midway through February and into March. The Company is reportedly making a series of new loans this month, which are due to start producing in late May and throughout June.
