Michael W. Cardamone, a certified work comp specialist, exclusively representing injured workers in Pennsylvania, will speak for 60 minutes on May 6, 2014 on how to present persuasive evidence on behalf of injured workers in Pennsylvania workers' compensation litigation.

Michael W. Cardamone, Esquire, President of The Cardamone Law Firm, and known by the brand MyPhilly WorkersComp, exclusively represents injured workers in Pennsylvania. On May 6, 2014, he will speak as a faculty member of Lawline for an hour long presentation on the keys to presenting persuasive evidence on behalf of injured workers in a Pennsylvania work comp case. In 2013, Cardamone passed the first Pennsylvania work comp certification exam, becoming one of a relatively few attorneys in Pennsylvania who are certified work comp law specialists by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

In the seminar, Cardamone will give an overview of the Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence, then discuss expert and lay testimony, and finish by giving hypothetical scenarios to apply the principles discussed.
