HMHP to Present Wound Care Program
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (PRWEB) March 25, 2014 -- Humility of Mary Health Partners will present a free, all-day wound care education program for nurses April 22 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The program takes place in Finnegan Auditorium inside St. Elizabeth Health Center, 1044 Belmont Ave.
Registered nurses and limited practical nurses who attend the entire program will be awarded 5.75 contact hours.
The goal of the program is to equip caregivers with information that enables them to provide optimal care to patients with skin alterations or who are at risk for skin alterations.
The program is free and open to all nurses but reservations are required – call 330.480.3440 by April 16. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Humility of Mary Health Partners (OH–052 010115) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurse Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (OBN-001-91).
