The Medi Awards will provide scholarships to local stakeholders to promote Patient Centered Medical Neighborhoods. Scholarships will be awarded to individuals and organizations that include schools, employers, public health agencies, faith-based organizations, and others in order to advance adoption of person-centered care, which are essential to improving the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
The Medi Awards is planning to conduct a National Annual Gala to recognize candidates that are nominated by their local communities for their contributions to advance the Patient-Centered Medical Neighborhood. An independent selection committee will select honorees.
