St. Andrews Orchestra and Sara Renner to Headline Easter Worship Services
Mahtomedi, MN (PRWEB) March 24, 2014 -- The St. Andrew's Orchestra and Sara Renner will be headlining the Easter worship services at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Mahtomedi, Minn. the weekend of April 19 and 20.
Under the direction of Charles Gray, the St. Andrew's Orchestra, with multiple children and adult choirs, will lead the majestic music during the traditional Easter morning worship services at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon. The services will also feature the four manual, 108-rank Casavant organ, Op 1177, originally built in 1927.
Renowned Minneapolis recording sensation Sara Renner will headline the contemporary worship services at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 19 and at 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Easter morning, Sunday, April 20, in the Great Hall.
More than 10,000 people are expected to attend Holy Week and Easter worship services at St. Andrew's, which is making an impact in the Twin Cities as a church that provides vibrant worship experiences while maintaining well-known traditions.
