In 2011, Drew launched Absolute Value, a successful sales recruiting and consulting business. Prior to this, he served as President at Medefield America, a specialized healthcare database business. Drew’s background includes serving in sales, marketing, and GM roles at several high growth, early stage companies, including 11 years with Gartner Inc. during its growth from $46MM to over $880MM in revenues. As SVP of Interactive Services, Drew built Gartner's Internet and ecommerce business, and established Gartner’s first website in early 1994. Drew began his career at Xerox Corporation in a variety of sales roles.
