“CurvePay offers a truly disruptive model with a single source that delivers advanced processing technology, value-added solutions, and world-class service at an entirely new price point.”

A seasoned team of payments industry veterans today announced the formation of CurvePay, the first vertically integrated processing platform for merchants and resellers. Designed to streamline operations, lower costs, and drive revenues across all retail channels, CurvePay offers a complete, in-house portfolio of innovative solutions through a single point of service and support.

Curvepay’s patented technology promises to redefine the industry’s standard for the price/performance threshold of payments processing. Unlike traditional processors, its technology increases the speed and visibility into each transaction while delivering a single source for payment processing, gateway services, compliance, EMV, end-to-end encryption, big data analytics, prepaid and loyalty programs, cash advance, real-time marketing, mobile, ecommerce solutions, and more.

“The payments landscape is evolving rapidly but CurvePay changes the game by offering the advantages of a truly disruptive model,” explains CurvePay CEO Edward Myers. “We saw a need in a fragmented market to offer a single source that delivers advanced processing technology, value-added solutions, and world-class service at an entirely new price point.”

The new brand consolidates the expertise, patents, technologies, and entrepreneurial drive of industry visionaries Myers, Dan Devlin, James Becker, Mark Spencer and its founder, Dino Sgueglia, and others. As CurvePay’s CEO, Myers will lead a team with over 125 years of combined industry experience as senior executives in the processing, compliance, loyalty, ISO, prepaid, Big Data, and analytics sectors for companies such as Global Payments, First Data, Spherion, TGate, SurePay, MoneyCard, and Chockstone, among many others.

CurvePay will exhibit at the upcoming Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) TRANSACT 14 conference at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on April 8–10, 2014. Resellers interested in exploring business opportunities may stop by booth 1054 during the event to speak with CurvePay executives. Prior to the conference, resellers may email sales(at)curvepay(dot)com or call 800.366.1388 for further information.

Designed to provide merchants and resellers with a single point of processing services, value-added solutions and support, Curvepay LLC.’s initial offerings will include: Payment processing, online/mobile reporting, statements, and payments; advanced business analytics; PCI compliance certification; merchant cash advances; IRS reporting, sales tax filing; CRM applications; prepaid card programs; gift and loyalty programs; and merchant discounts and rewards; among others. CurvePay is a privately held corporation headquartered in Westbury, NY. For more information, please contact CurvePay at 800.366.1388 or visit
