RTB networks in general try to provide as much inventory as possible in order sell more volume. The main issue is that the quality is poor and the traffic is not responsive. I'm going to do things differently, and focus on quality. - Vrchakovski

With effect from March 1st, 2014 - Vojdan Vrchakovski becomes the first Ad Operations director of Bonadza. Vrchakovski has been with Bonadza from the inception of the company, and has been heavily involved with Bonadza ever since. Thanks to his media buying experience, Vojdan Vrchakovski took an active part in designing the whole concept behind the Bonadza platform and was instrumental to the growth of the company.
Born in 1986 in Skopje, Macedonia, Vrchakovski has a broad spectrum of skills. Vrchakovski is a software analyst by trade as well as an avid media buyer. From his experience in the online marketing sector, he is able to comprehend and act on the advertisers' needs. On the other hand he is able to fully understand the technical aspects of his role thanks to his software development experience. Combined with his experience of founding and establishing Bonadza, he has the ideal skill-set necessary for the job.
With the substantial growth of Bonadza in the first quarter of 2014, the need for a more streamlined role alignment for all the members of the team arose. One of the areas that needed more focus was Ad Operations. Thus, the need for a dedicated Ad Operations director arose. Vojdan Vrchakovski was voted and assigned unanimously to take this position.
