Our firm is proud to have six attorneys selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a distinguished honorary society.

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) March 25, 2014

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce that Wade McClure has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Wade is the sixth attorney from KRCL that has been asked to join over the years. Other Fellows from the firm include, Larry Bowman, Bruce Flowers, Kenneth Johnston, Michael Logan, and Alan Rucker.

Wade, a director in the firm’s Dallas office, practices in the litigation section. He is a seasoned trial lawyer representing Fortune 500 companies in products liability, construction, and trade secret litigation. Wade also represents public and private companies in business and commercial disputes including UCC issues, contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary, and non-compete agreements. He is one of the rare attorneys in the country to be Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Texas Board of Legal Specializations and the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The number of Fellowships has been kept at an exclusive limit by design, allowing qualifications, diversity and inclusion to align effectively, with recognition of excellence in litigation across all segments of the bar. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows.

“Our firm is proud to have six attorneys selected for such a distinguished honorary society,” said Michael Logan, founding director of KRCL. “It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented and respected attorneys.”

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC is a full service law firm with offices in Dallas and Houston. Formed in 1992 with five lawyers, today KRCL has more than 80 attorneys. The Firm provides professional services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to medium-sized public and private companies to entrepreneurs.
