Seattle, WA (PRWEB) March 26, 2014
Rally, the Seattle-based integrated marketing agency, today selected three current partners to become the shop’s new executive leadership team.
Kelly Parriott has been named President, Brenda Zane has been named Chief Strategist, and Keith Goldberg will be Executive Creative Director. The three agency partners will be responsible for leading Rally’s offices in Seattle, Portland, and Dallas.
Lisa Clarke, Rally CEO, is being elevated to Executive Chair on the Board as she exits day-to-day responsibilities and takes on an advisory role. Rally CFO, Doug Gelfand, will be taking on an expanded role as COO, heading up Operations, Finance and Human Resources.
“The dream for Rally was to build an amazing and thriving agency that would be run by the people closest to the work,” said Clarke, “and going into 2014 it was time to recognize those people. I look forward to supporting the team in this next chapter in the agency’s story.”
The agency’s client roster (including brands such as 7-Eleven, Frito Lay, and Target), growing reputation, and robust forward momentum have set up 2014 as a year for accelerated growth for the shop.
“When we all began this journey together,” noted Parriott, “Rally didn’t look anything like it does today. As Lisa helps develop the next wave of successful companies, we are extremely lucky that she’ll retain her equity in, and be a key advisor to Rally.”
The leadership changes take effect April 1.
At Rally, we turn brands into movements. We believe audacious ideas are more effective, fearlessness leads to success, and the new mass media–a fully integrated combination of digital, social, mobile, and live–is the key to delivering what marketers have always dreamed of: the power of one-to-one conversation realized on an exponential scale.
Rally is headquartered in Seattle and has offices in Dallas, Texas and Portland, Oregon. The agency works with brands such as 7-Eleven, Frito Lay, Miller Coors, Target, and Travel Portland.
