Lucernex Technologies announced today that Qdoba Mexican Grill®, an owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box Inc., has selected Lucernex’s cloud-based Lx Retail solution to manage its system of more than 600 locations. Jack in the Box® restaurants are comprised of more than 2,200 locations in 21 states. Lx Retail will replace their legacy system Expesite.
Jack in the Box has been using Lx Retail since 2009, which has allowed them to quickly adapt to changing business requirements to help them grow. The ability to manage both brands within one full lifecycle solution will be a big win for the entire company.
Lx Retail, the market leading Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) for restaurants, will consolidate the data and processes of both brands into separate portfolios within the same Lucernex system. This will give upper management the ability to access and analyze data and run reports across both portfolios from a single dashboard and reporting tool.

Implementation of the Lx Retail solution for Qdoba began in January of 2014.
