Funds2Orgs Announces New Division, New World Headquarters
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) March 26, 2014 -- Since launching in April 2013, the for-profit, social enterprise Funds2Orgs has experienced rapid growth and exposure in the marketplace with its innovative fundraising model for schools, charities, and nonprofit organizations to earn much needed funds by collecting gently worn, used shoes as a fundraiser.

A organization signs up for a shoe drive, they collect gently worn, used or new shoes, we pick them up and pay them on the pounds they collect, “ said Wayne Elsey, Founder and Head Coach. “This has really taken off and thousands around the US are plugged in monthly to raise funds for their groups,” added Elsey.
Fund2Orgs offers a turnkey solution to the age of fundraisers. Organizations that participate in their shoe drive fundraisers receive a Starter Kit, containing free collection bags and rubber bands, and work one on one with a dedicated Fundraising Coach. Complete marketing support for the charities, schools, churches or civic groups is also made available. For schools, Funds2Orgs offers a free Micro-Enterprise Curriculum for Elementary, Middle, High, and Home School teachers and students. The curriculum is free of charge and available for download on the website.

To complement the Funds2Orgs model, a new division is being launched April 1. Sneakerd4Funds will focus on more “green” strategies for athletic shoe collections at marathons, mud runs, etc.
“The model is the same, we provide the turnkey solutions for mud runs, marathons, etc; they collect the athletic shoes. Once collected our logistics team arranges the pickup of the shoes and then we pay the charity of their choice for the product, “said Elsey. This is an interesting niche that can help the “green” market with immediate funding.
All shoes collected by Funds2Orgs and Sneakers4Funds are used in micro-enterprises abroad, creating micro-jobs in developing nations.
