St. Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) March 27, 2014 -- Amerinet, a leading national healthcare solutions organization, today announced the winners of its sixth annual Amerinet Healthcare Achievement Awards. Through this awards program, Amerinet recognizes its members each year for their outstanding and innovative contributions to their patients, community and business partners in reducing healthcare costs, improving healthcare quality and serving the community. Twelve exceptional projects were chosen this year which exemplified innovation and excellence in operational improvement and financial efficiency.
“Each year I continue to be impressed with the caliber of projects undertaken by our members to improve operations and quality within their facilities despite the many challenges with which they are faced,” said Todd Ebert, Amerinet president and CEO. “It is fascinating to see how healthcare providers, both large and small, are taking a proactive role in managing healthcare reform and the future of their organizations.”
All Amerinet members, acute and non-acute, were eligible to participate in this program and submitted entries in a variety of categories – from improvement in financial management and operational efficiencies, to patient quality and community impact. A panel of judges reviewed and evaluated each entry for relevancy, operational improvement, innovation and outcome.
Each winning facility will receive two complimentary trips to the 2014 Amerinet Member Conference which will be held May 20-23 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev. In addition to being honored at a special awards dinner, the winning projects will be featured in a professional banner session and a best practices compendium.
