Attendance on Demand, a cloud-based time and attendance system, is pleased to announce the release of its new labor management mobile application called Manager Mobile. Supervisors receive alerts–vibrations or sounds–through their mobile device so they can instantly act, no matter where there are.

Manager Mobile notifies supervisors of issues and they can handle them right on the phone.”

The Manager Mobile home screen can be set up with functions supervisors need to manage their labor. The My Tasks tab displays notifications concerning late arrivals, absences, or edits to time cards which need a supervisor’s approval. Supervisors can respond by adding missing punches, acknowledging an exception, and even replying to an employee message.

The My Team tab can filter and display employees who are available for work or who are approaching overtime. My Team also provides group functions like sending a message to multiple employees and approving times cards.

Manager Mobile is available, for free, in the Apple's App Store and in Google Play. Once mobile configuration is set up in Attendance on Demand, supervisors can download the app and complete the supervisor-specific set up on their phone.
