Push Pedal Pull (P3), a leader and pioneer in the specialty fitness industry, announced its plans to open as many as five new stores and expand commercial sales and services to private residences and commercial fitness facilities in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. As part of its expansion, Push Pedal Pull becomes the region’s exclusive dealer for Precor® fitness equipment, one of several premium brands in its line of fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, vibration trainers, strength equipment, accessories and other specialty fitness products.
Push Pedal Pulls’ expansion will include hiring full-time retail sales, commercial sales, and certified delivery/service technicians to support its customers from concept to completion, including equipment selection and space planning to delivery and installation, as well as post-sale maintenance and repair. The company’s expansion plans include opening new retail stores which complements its plans for growth in the commercial sector.
“The market for specialty fitness continues to grow rapidly in this part of the country,” says Eric Johnson, vice president of sales, Push Pedal Pull, which serves residential and commercial clients in 13 states. “We’re responding to a range of opportunities, from plans for new community recreation centers, multi-family housing developments, college athletics/recreation to corporate wellness programs and the demand for new technology is on the rise.”
“Push Pedal Pull is known for representing innovative products from the industry’s leading manufacturers, such as Precor, Interactive Fitness (Expresso), FreeMotion and many others. We are unique in that we manage the whole process in-house from sales and room design to delivery, installation and service. This will help us stand out in these markets from the early planning process to completion” says Johnson.
Push Pedal Pull will centralize its residential and commercial sales and service efforts in cities including St. Louis, Mo., Little Rock, Ark., and Kansas City, Mo. It is planning a grand re-opening for a fitness retail store in Chesterfield, Mo., from April 11-13.
