Cypress, California (PRWEB) March 28, 2014
During Daytona Bike week, Yamaha enthusiasts were able to electronically sign up for demonstration rides on a wide range Yamaha sport bikes and its Star Motorcycles line of cruisers including the popular FZ09 sport bike and top selling Bolt from Star Motorcycles. Rider information and preferences were captured in real time and then linked to the Yamaha Social Media Room in Cypress California where company personnel and riders interacted using social media to share ideas and provide feedback on the whole experience.
“This is a game changer for the industry, and we are just beginning to roll out new and exciting technologies to speak to our customers,” states Kim Knupp, National Events Manager. “Deploying KickStart was the first step of many we will use to improve the overall customer experience with our products and Company personnel.”
“Customers of today’s digital age expect real-time response and have a much higher expectation of chosen brands,” according to Kevin Cooper, NCompassTrac CEO. “The demand to change processes, remove wait times and manual work is a continuum that cannot be ignored. Brand experience and loyalty is what’s at stake.”
Both Yamaha and NCompassTrac are continuing to work together to bridge the gap between consumer and manufacturer. Events such as Daytona Bike week are the litmus test for success.
