CAF Houston Wing Fly-In and Open House Set for April 12-13
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) March 27, 2014 -- The Houston Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) announces their annual Fly In and Open House will take place April 12 -13, 2014 at the West Houston Airport.
Their Fly-In and Open House is a great event for all ages, as visitors will have a chance to get up close and view authentic World War II aircraft. . In addition to seeing the amazing aircraft, the hangar museum will be open for tours and there will be fly-overs throughout the day. Enjoy drinks, food, souvenirs, or purchase a ride in one of the Warbirds.
Admission to the event is $10 per car.
April 12-13, 2014 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. both days.
Hangar B-5, West Houston Airport located at 18000 Groschke Rd., 2 miles north of I-10 and between Hwy. 6 and Barker Cypress
About the Commemorative Air Force:
The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is the premier Warbird organization, operating 163 vintage aircraft in Honor of American Military Aviation. A non-profit educational association, the CAF has more than 10,000 members and its fleet of historic aircraft is distributed to 80 units located in 24 states for care and operation.
The Houston Wing is one of three CAF units in the Houston area.
