The UK’s largest independent bathroom and tile retailer, Better Bathrooms, have announced today that they are increasing their exchange policy to an industry first 365 Days. The new policy will come in to effect from 1st April 2014.
The new policy will allow customers to buy products in advance and be able to exchange them for another within 365 days of the order. Previously the exchange policy was 240 days, but this has been increased due to the nature of the business, the time it takes to fit a bathroom, and to fit in with their customers’ needs.
This is not the first time sector-leading Better Bathrooms have adapted and implemented initiatives to reflect their customers’ busy lives. Over the past few years, they have introduced: longer store opening hours, longer customer service opening hours, online tacking, and SMS delivery updates. With the motto ‘Better Prices, Better Products, Better Bathrooms’, all changes aim to make buying from Better Bathrooms a convenient and enjoyable experience.
