PointClear’s Karla Blalock Named to SLMA’s 20 Women to Watch; Prospect Development Firm Leader Recognized For Fourth Consecutive Year
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) March 28, 2014 -- PointClear’s chief operating officer Karla Blalock was among 20 outstanding executives named to the Sales Lead Management Association’s (SLMA) annual list of 20 Women to Watch. The SLMA and Atlanta-based prospect development firm PointClear announced the achievement today, noting that Blalock was among scores of outstanding women nominated to this innovative program by SLMA members—an organization with membership of 5,000 sales and marketing professionals worldwide.
“It is an honor to be included on this list of exceptional women in our industry,” said Blalock, a 20-year veteran of sales lead management, and a four-time winner. “Sales lead management is a competitive business with many leaders. I consider myself fortunate to be among those recognized.”
“These women are providing real benefit for their employers and the companies they lead, and we are pleased to spotlight their accomplishments,” said Jim Obermayer, SLMA executive director.
Susan Campanale, SLMA’s vice president, said, “We take great pleasure in recognizing the leadership of those named to the SLMA 20 Women to Watch.”
The 20 winners were chosen among candidates nominated by SLMA members by a panel of judges based on marketing, sales and sales lead management leadership. Additional qualifications, such as board positions, authorships, and relevant presentations, were taken into account. Candidates were nominated by SLMA members through a formal process.
