Lajollacooks4u welcomed six Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) writers and an administrative assistant from Wesley Enterprise, Inc. to engage in Lajollacooks4u’s gourmet team building activity. The members of Wesley Enterprise, Inc., all of whom telecommute, met in person for the first time at La Jolla in order to foster a sense of unity through Lajollacooks4u’s collaborative cooking classes and team building challenges.

Chef Jodi customized a five-course menu for the members of Wesley Enterprise, Inc., meeting their dietary restrictions and preferences, to include delicious gourmet dishes, complete with a wine pairing for each course. The menu consisted of Eggplant Rollups with Pesto and Goat Cheese as an appetizer, Mustard Seed-Crusted Beef Tenderloin as the main course, and Chocolate Melting Cakes for dessert.
The group had a wonderful time working together to create and prepare the gourmet dishes of their five-course meal. Each member worked diligently as part of the team to effectively complete each recipe. When the cooking was finished, the group reconvened at the dining table and shared more laughter, wine, and relaxed while enjoying the meal they co-prepared.
