Page and Kristine partnered to form a luxury home staging business in both New Mexico and Arizona and found their business went national as well as international with luxury real estate auctioneers, brokers and agents who represented multimillion dollar estate liquidation.
Not satisfied with trying to convince median real estate agents and their sellers about the importance of home staging in a buyer’s market, Page and Kristine targeted a market that the majority of home stagers are not capable of staging. “Luxury staging has a special look, a style and ambiance that an ordinary home does not have” said Page.
“We have collected and fostered the resources nationwide and internationally that allow us to stage multimillion dollar properties with gallery art, local sculptors and artisan’s work. When multimillion dollar homes look like their price tag - that is what they sell for” said Kristine.
Gary Oppedahl, Director of the Economic Development Department of the City of Albuquerque, commented to Page at a Chamber event that his home did not sell for almost two years until he had it professionally staged.
