Society for Ethics In Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) and Corexcel Presents CEU Accredited 2-Day Ethics Conference for Fertility Industry Professionals
Costa Mesa, California (PRWEB) March 28, 2014 -- Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) is proud to announce its first ever annual Ethics Conference featuring Carole LieberWilkins, MFT. The conference will address the many issues regularly faced by Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) industry professionals. Prominent speakers from all facets of the reproductive industry will address various ethical issues in third party reproduction.
Talks will include: Psychological Evaluations - What they are and what they are not; Helping the HIV+ patient (medical, legal and ethical issues); Embryo Donation; Egg Freezing and Egg Banks; The Model Act and ASRM’s recent ethics opinion regarding Misconduct by Third Parties in ART; and the Future of Reproductive Law. Panel discussions will engage the audience with topics that include: Cases That Keep Us Up At Night, and What Your Clients Wish You Knew. Then relax and unwind with your peers at a SEEDS hosted cocktail party on the evening of the 25th at Scotts Seafood Landing!
SEEDS is a nonprofit organization organized by three egg donor and surrogacy agencies whose purpose is to define and promote ethical behavior by all parties involved in third party reproduction. SEEDS, which stands for Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy, carries out its mission by developing and issuing ethical standards for the various aspects of third party reproduction.
Participants will be able to receive Nursing Contact Hour certificates through SEEDS’ partnership with Corexcel.

Corexcel is accredited as a provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
