Hotel Invest International Launches Room Investment Concept in Koh Phangan, Thailand

The income on a room depends on how successful the hotel is and while demand for rooms in Thailand is high, that's no guarantee of future prospects. However, the company bases its 14.3% income on an 80% occupancy, so there is also an equal chance of a higher yield.
As volatile as the stock market can be, many investors have been looking into safer ways to invest their money so, "alternative investments" have become increasingly popular over the past 3-4 years.
This particular opportunity has a unique exit strategy. After 5-years, Hotel Invest International has the option to sell the hotel/resort in its entirety for the market price and investors will receive a capital gain from the sale of the hotel room. This provides investors with a lucrative buy-to-let opportunity and a relatively short term exit strategy.
