Think you can create an SSID, and execute it with 1 finger. Everything about Tanaza is just perfect.

Ubiquiti is one of the fastest growing vendors of Wi-Fi devices. Their Wi-Fi Access Points are affordable and performing. Some of their models are even recognized for their design, such as the UniFi indoor units. Among the outdoor access points, the Ubiquiti Bullet M2 is considered one of the models with the best price/performance ratio, perfect for affordable outdoor Wi-Fi networks and hotspots.
Tanaza (http://www.tanaza.com), the first platform that adds pure cloud-management capabilities to Ubiquiti devices, removing the need for hardware controllers or complex hosts running software controllers, is today glad to announce that Bullet M2 joined the family of Wi-Fi devices that can be instantly upgraded and made cloud-manageable through the Tanaza Dashboard.
Once Tanaza Powered, the Ubiquiti Bullet M2 will allow Network Administrators and Solution Providers to perform zero touch provisioning, centralized configurations through the cloud, real-time monitoring of client status, email alerting and more. It’s also possible to add up to 8 SSIDs, create a guest network with VLAN tagging, apply multi NAT, and securely isolate guest access from staff access and LAN.
One of the most interesting features recently added to the platform is the support for social login: Tanaza allows transforming the Bullet M2 into a Social Wi-Fi Hotspot in a few minutes, thanks to a built-in hosted splash page that allows getting contacts of the users and asking for a Check-In or Like. For those Solution Providers that have a splash portal developed in house, eventually with RADIUS, it’s also possible to select the External Splash page option and use any 3rd party captive portal and hotspot systems specific for their needs.
Tanaza creates a standardized layer that allows Network Administrators to manage not only Bullet M2, but any other Wi-Fi device provided by Ubiquiti or other supported vendors (such as TP-Link, Mikrotik, Buffalo, Deliberant, Alfa and more), with no need for local controllers or software installed on local hosts, removing one critical point-of-failure and adding infinite scalability.
João Silva, CTO at Nauifor, a Managed Solution Provider in Portugal that recently discovered Tanaza, defined the company in this way: “Tanaza is NOT just a hotspot system: it’s a cloud management platform, integrated with an easy-to-use hotspot system. With total absence of local, I can just put the AP there and manage it remotely.” After using it, João summarized his experience with Tanaza and a few Ubiquiti Wi-Fi units in this way: “Think you can create an SSID, and execute it with 1 finger. Everything about Tanaza is just perfect”.
Joanna Wall, Tanaza Channel Manager, adds “Wi-Fi Solutions Providers from more than 25 countries already joined Tanaza. Each one of them has a specific way of providing Wi-Fi solutions and has a favorite hardware with which is in love. We are here to give them the tools to make their life easier, making all their Wi-Fi Routers and Access Points, such as Ubiquiti Bullet M2, manageable through one single place, in the cloud, also allowing to run specific added value services on top of the Wi-Fi network, such as the social login built-in application provided by Tanaza or other 3rd party applications. All of this makes Solution Providers’ customers, such as hotels, retail chains, restaurants, hospitals and schools, just happier, thanks to a Wi-Fi that works well, is easy manageable by their providers and adds value to them”.
Founded in 2010, Tanaza's mission is to make Wi-Fi management easy and affordable, enabling remote management of any vendor access points in multiple locations through one intuitive interface, integrated with 3rd party applications such as systems for hotspots, Wi-Fi marketing and more.
