CDS Releases Nytrix CIY™ 4.1.5 eDiscovery Software
New York, NY (PRWEB) March 31, 2014 -- Cloud-Based eDiscovery Platform Showcases Deeper Analytics Capabilities
Complete Discovery Source, the nationally ranked leader in eDiscovery, today released Nytrix CIY™ 4.1.5, the latest version of its cloud-based eDiscovery software. The first release of 2014, this update presents a number of significant, new features particularly within its Analytics Module—adding a more interactive and graphical presentation of data.
Nytrix CIY 4.1.5 includes several updates:
Analytics
The Analytics Module provides a better way to evaluate ESI with graphical representations of extracted knowledge. Conceptual Clustering generates an organized first look into disparate data, while Categorization groups documents according to pre-defined parameters. The “More Like This” feature is used to group similar documents, such as drafts of a Word document, to expedite review and ensure consistent coding. It can also be used to find similar documents across an expansive dataset.
Processing
Nytrix CIY’s integrated processing now delivers a wider range of data and progress reports with visual graphs. As with the 4.0 version, processed data is available for review as soon as it is ingested – saving valuable time.
Search and Filter
Visual Search shows real-time search results with dynamic topics and domains. The visual wheel illustrates the total case breakdown based on custodian, record type, file type, and domain.
Dashboard
Nytrix adds a new, interactive dashboard. The original dashboard delivers an overview of work product and progress. It displays graphical representations of several metrics: custodian overview, reviewer productivity, case data makeup, and review progress. The new feature allows users to drill down into the documents from a data composition wheel.
Review
Nytrix continues to set the bar for speed, ease, and accuracy for document review. Colored tags are available in the document list to quickly see how documents are coded without opening documents. Keyword hit details are viewable for search query analysis. And the one-click tag-inconsistency-check helps find production conflicts within families.
Access and Security
Nytrix 4.1.5 offers more flexible options with shared folders, private folders and search folders. Nytrix CIY continues its track record as a highly secure, zero-footprint ediscovery environment. An optional two-level authentication protocol has been added to enhance security.
