PCR Ventures, LLC Announces New Name for The Landon House
Urbana, MD (PRWEB) March 28, 2014 -- PCR Ventures, LLC announces today that the property previously known as The Landon House will be changed to Silk Mill effective May 1, 2014. The name change is part of a re‐branding initiative to better align the property’s name with the story of its past and the path of its future.
Praveen Bolarum, one of the three owners of the Silk Mill states, “We are dedicated to protecting the historical integrity of this building and went back to the buildings root in search of a fitting name. Our new name reflects our firm commitment to being a part of a thriving and vibrant community.”
The Silk Mill’s future customers seem excited about the change as it reflects positive growth in Urbana and indicates a need for a restaurant and venue of this caliber. “We were overwhelmed by the responses we received when we reached out to the community for help in selecting a name,” says Silk Mill Director Kelly Beach.
Immediate steps to launch the new branding for the restaurant and event space will include the introduction of a new website, branding and identity. The new brand logo and website will be rolled out in late spring.
