SRS Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Cresa Toronto, has opened the doors to its newest office in Toronto. This marks the company’s first office in Canada and second international location. The new office will be overseen by Jamie Grossman, managing principal for Cresa Toronto, and includes the addition of Lindsay Ryder as first vice president for SRS. The new Toronto office is located in the heart of Canada’s largest city, and is centrally positioned to support clients across Ontario and throughout the entire country.

Grossman has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He will manage and oversee activities in the SRS Toronto office while remaining the managing principal of Cresa Toronto. At Cresa, Grossman focuses on assisting companies across North America in the analysis and development of detailed office and industrial real estate strategies. Grossman has served as chairman of Cresa’s Strategic Leadership Council and currently contributes to Cresa’s various Professional Development Committees.
Ryder joins SRS Real Estate Partners with more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. Having worked on both the brokerage side of the business assisting tenants expand nationally, as well as with a notable Canadian landlord/developer, she has a strong understanding of the needs of both tenants and landlords.
