Taylor Morrison Celebrates Grand Opening of Northlands with Afternoon of Food, Fun, Ferris Wheel Rides and BMX Activities
Peoria, Arizona (PRWEB) March 31, 2014 -- Local homebuilder Taylor Morrison invites Arizona families to spend an epic afternoon experiencing Ferris wheel rides, BMX half-pipe demonstrations, the popular video game attraction Gamez on Wheelz, food trucks and more at the grand opening of Northlands.
Guests of all ages can make their way to each model park where they’ll discover exciting activities and find tastes of different food trucks and kettle corn on Saturday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Highlights of the day will include Ferris wheel rides at the Passage Collection, the Gamez on Wheelz and a rock climbing wall at the Summit Collection and a special BMX half-pipe demonstration by StuntMasters Inc. at the Encore Collection.
In addition, there will be plenty of free food from Pizza People Pub and Q Up Barbecue as well as cool ice cream treats from Mister Softee.
“We’re excited to have so many fun activities at the grand opening of the Northlands,” said Bob Thompson, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Arizona division. “It’s going to be a day Arizona families and potential home buyers won’t want to miss.”
The Peoria community offers three new collections of homes, the Encore, Passage and Summit, within Lake Pleasant Regional Park and the Calderwood Buttes nearby.
The Encore Collection features seven floor plans ranging from approximately 1,718 square feet to approximately 3,529 square feet with home highlights such as formal dining rooms, covered patios and lofts. Home prices start in the mid $200,000s.
Six thoughtfully designed floor plans are offered in the Passage Collection with one and two story homes ranging from approximately 2,478 square feet to 3,958 square feet. Beautiful courtyards, main-floor owner’s suites and open kitchen designs are featured in this collection of homes starting in the low $300,000s.
The widely popular Summit Collection offers home buyers seven floor plans to choose from with living spaces ranging from approximately 2,811 square feet to 4,730 square feet. The homes in this collection, priced starting in the high $300,000s, feature formal dens and dining rooms, bonus rooms and spacious master retreats.
“Each of the collections at the Northlands has something special to offer,” Thompson said. “The floor plans have been thoughtfully designed based on what our Arizona home buyers have been asking for, the views are absolutely spectacular and the community is near some of the west Valley’s best shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.”
