Entrepreneur Ibrahim Ashemimry started Munch Bakery in November of 2008 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It has become one of the most successful food chains in the Middle-East and continues to grow. Created to be a bakery, it has grown into a large, full-scale business offering customized cakes and cupcakes, tarts, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, loafs, brownies, candies and beverages.
