Egan brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and marketing to her new position as Adeptia’s Creative Director. In this role she will be responsible for the overall creative direction of the company’s marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining the Adeptia team, Egan served as a Graphic Designer at Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, Int’l where she earned experience by creating and promoting the brand identity of FABTECH, North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event, across several vertical industries.
Griffin also announced the addition of Paul Balsom to his team, in the position of Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Balsom will be responsible for overseeing outbound email campaigns, social media management, and will contribute extensively to PPC and SEO activities for the company. Balsom has served in the digital marketing space for over five years, with broad experience in content marketing, email communication and corporate blogging.
