The Association of Independent Information Professionals (http://www.AIIP.org), an organization representing more than 400 research and information professionals worldwide, announces results of its recent elections for 2014-2015 board members.
Incoming board members will formally accept their new positions on April 5 during the official business meeting of the association, at the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor, Baltimore. The conference, to be held April 2-6, features educational programs, workshops, exhibits and training from vendor partners, high-profile speakers from outside the organization, and valuable networking opportunities for all attendees.
AIIP is a member-organized and -run professional association, and board members are all full members of the Association who volunteer their time and talents to lead the association. “Volunteering for AIIP has helped me build my business, introduced me to a generous and knowledgeable community of experts, and provided resources essential to servicing my clients,” said incoming President-Elect June Boyle.

“I look forward to partnering with new and current Board members to build upon their recent hard work, tapping into the wisdom of once and future AIIP leaders, and staying mindful of what has worked in the past—while remaining open to new thinking and ideas,” Boyle said.
