HotDocs Shortlisted for Two Scottish Business Awards
Edinburgh, UK (PRWEB UK) 31 March 2014 -- Already a winner of the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade 2013, HotDocs has been nominated to the short list for both Growth Strategy of the Year and International Business of the Year. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 12th May 2014 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Gary Eunson, Commercial Director for HotDocs, commented: "We are delighted to have made the shortlist for these two key categories at the Scottish Business Awards. It has been a time of immense growth for HotDocs as we strive to increase our global footprint and to be placed alongside some of Scotland's fastest growing and most successful businesses provides a ringing endorsement for the entire HotDocs team. Actually winning one of the categories on the night would be fantastic and I'm very excited by the prospect!"
The Scottish Business Awards, sponsored by Virgin Money, will see in excess of 1,600 people in attendance at the event, which will be hosted by acclaimed comedian Michael McIntyre. Sir Richard Branson will also be present to take part in an open Q&A hosted by journalist and news presenter Alastair Stewart. All proceeds from the event go to charity and the organisers hope to break through the £1 million mark in funds raised.
