Axial Teams Up with Rigid Industries LED Lighting and Off-Road Racer Casey Currie on New Jeep Wrangler RC Vehicle
Gilbert, AZ (PRWEB) March 31, 2014 -- Rigid Industries LED Lighting®, a world leader in forward-projecting LED lighting solutions for powersports, off-road, marine, agriculture and multiple other uses, is proud to announce the release of a new Axial® radio control (RC) vehicle that includes working LED lights based on Rigid lighting products.
Axial, a brand leader of hobby-grade RC products, recently released to market the AX90035 SCX10™, a 1:1 scale replica of the Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. The RC vehicle features a pre-installed, scaled down Rigid Industries 50” E-Series™ LED Light Bar, along with two Rigid Dually lights.
Rigid’s flagship product, the revolutionary E-Series double row LED bar, has long been a favorite choice among Jeep Wrangler owners for their aftermarket lighting needs. Rigid has long provided the most sought after and advanced forward-projecting LED lights on the full-size market. And now, RC enthusiasts can hit the trail day or night with increased visibility provided by the Rigid LEDs in this Jeep Wrangler scale rig.
“Rigid Industries has been involved with radio-controlled vehicles for a few years now as our decals have been included with a few RC releases in the past,” said Taylor Anderson, Vice President of Marketing for Rigid Industries. “This is the first RC car to come with our light bars installed, not to mention including a few extra LED lights to add to your custom build. We are thrilled and hope everyone rocks this new Axial Jeep with working Rigid lights like we do.”
All of the included Rigid lights are fully functional and features 10 working LEDs. Further customization of the SCX10 can be done with the two additional Rigid Industries LED light bars included in the kit, along with Rigid logo decals.
Axial has also teamed with Rigid Industries Torture Team member and off-road racer Casey Currie to bring the new SCX10 to market. A Jeep and RC enthusiast himself, this vehicle features Currie’s own brand, CRC. CRC stands for ‘Cruise it, Race it, Crawl it’ and perfectly represents the off-road racer’s lifestyle. The SCX10 kit features scale replicas of the CRC edition Black Rock wheels Currie uses on his Jeep while racing, along with CRC logo decals.
