Katherine, who has more than 20 years of capital markets compliance and regulatory experience, was most recently at Wells Fargo Securities, where she led the day-to-day compliance activities for the bank’s interest rates derivatives business – including oversight of controls, procedures, training and surveillance.

Katherine is a thought leader with extensive regulatory/compliance expertise across various capital markets products including derivatives, investment adviser and broker/dealer rules. In past roles, she has held various positions including working as a regulator and as a FINRA arbitrator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego and a Master’s degree from the University of San Diego.
