Leisure Group Travel is proud to announce their sponsorship of the Inaugural American Group Travel Awards (AGTA). Created by HotelPlanner.com and Landor Travel Publications, AGTA recognizes organizations and individuals that represent the leaders in group travel. There are 25 award categories recognizing the best companies and destinations that service and deliver outstanding group travel experiences. AGTA nominees will be announced in the summer of 2014 and the awards will be presented at a gala dinner on November 11, 2014 in New York City.
As a sponsor, Leisure Group Travel readers will participate in the selection process for the awards, building upon the publisher’s annual Reader’s Choice program, now celebrating its 11th year.
Jeff Gayduk, Publisher of Leisure Group Travel, commented, “We’re excited to sponsor AGTA and help recognize excellence in the field of group travel. This live event takes our annual magazine awards to a new plateau. Partnering with HotelPlanner.com and Landor, two companies we have a rich history with, will bring much deserved recognition to the group travel industry.”
