Allied Telecom Welcomes New Client Experience Manager

New client experience team will ensure delivery of an excellent interaction, every time.

Allied Telecom Group, a leading telecommunications provider of data and voice services, announces the addition of Olga Goldovsky as Client Experience Manager. In this role, Goldovsky will manage Allied’s new Client Experience team which was created to enhance and provide added value to Allied’s client support interactions.

In her role, Goldovsky will utilize her extensive customer service experience to establish new policies, procedures, and roles – all with the objective of ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional client support. The Client Experience team’s primary responsibility is to be the client’s advocate, to learn and understand client needs and work with all levels of the Allied team to best serve each client. With the launch of this team, Allied clients will gain additional touch points into the company, resulting in improved customer service, faster follow up and resolution time, and prompt post-interaction follow-up in the form of client surveys. Olga and her team will use captured survey data to meet the company’s objective of “constant and never ending improvement”.

Goldovsky joins Allied from a leading optometry provider, where she served as Communication Center Manager and was responsible for developing processes to improve customer interactions and increase customer retention. “It’s gratifying to be working with a telecommunications company that prides itself on providing outstanding service, as the industry does not always get high marks in this area,” said Goldovsky. “I am really excited about building a team here that will focus specifically on making the client experience as smooth, easy and user-friendly as possible.
