Basil Read Selects Bizagi BPM Suite to Bond Business and IT
London (PRWEB UK) 1 April 2014 -- Bizagi, the global Business Process Management (BPM) platform author, announced today its selection by South African-based JSE listed construction, mining, development and engineering group Basil Read. The Bizagi BPM Suite, implemented alongside a brand-new ERP system, is part of a strategic initiative to drive down operating costs by reducing wastage while gaining process efficiency and overall organizational agility.
The pilot project, which will allow the company to track fuel shipments and deliveries as well as volumes and stock of fuel at individual sites, will increase governance around its distribution model and is estimated to save the company 10% of wasted funds. Together with a second project, due for rollout shortly after, the company expect to see payback in just 35 weeks.
