Indros Group today announced that it has completed a spin-off of Experiture, the company's customer experience marketing software business unit, into a stand-alone wholly-owned subsidiary focused on bringing its new software platform to market.

However, unlike marketing platforms that only focus on sending communications out to customers, Experiture’s multi-channel marketing suite draws customers back to individualized Web-based “Customer Experience Portals” or microsites. These portals, driven by CRM data, can react to customer behavior and activities – and even aggregate information from customer care and finance/operation departments. The result? The spinoff transaction was completed in the first quarter of 2014, creating “Experiture, Inc.” as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indros Group, joining its existing portfolio companies, such as Easypurl. Indros Group’s management will analyze opportunities for the new entity, and expects to make a recommendation to the board of directors in the next weeks. The Company is to open discussions with several technology-focused M&A advisors to assist in evaluating opportunities for the new entity.
