Indros Group today announced that it has completed a spin-off of Experiture, the company's customer experience marketing software business unit, into a stand-alone wholly-owned subsidiary focused on bringing its new software platform to market.

Experiture enables marketers to easily create and automate multi-channel customer experiences across the entire customer lifecycle. Using Experiture's intuitive drag-and-drop tools, marketers can create and deploy multichannel communications including Email, Direct Mail, Mobile and Social.

However, unlike marketing platforms that only focus on sending communications out to customers, Experiture’s multi-channel marketing suite draws customers back to individualized Web-based “Customer Experience Portals” or microsites. These portals, driven by CRM data, can react to customer behavior and activities – and even aggregate information from customer care and finance/operation departments. The result? A truly unified customer experience.

“The platform reacts to customer lifecycle events by closely monitoring updates in behavior, activity and profile information” said Noam Rubinstein, who returns to Indros Group from NY-based cloud TV start-up Aereo to lead the initiative to spin-off Experiture. Transaction Details
The spinoff transaction was completed in the first quarter of 2014, creating “Experiture, Inc.” as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indros Group, joining its existing portfolio companies, such as Easypurl. Indros Group’s management will analyze opportunities for the new entity, and expects to make a recommendation to the board of directors in the next weeks. The Company is to open discussions with several technology-focused M&A advisors to assist in evaluating opportunities for the new entity.
