ArcherPoint, LLC, a Microsoft Dynamics Gold ERP Partner and provider of integrated business solutions, continues strong and steady growth in the first quarter of 2014 with the announcement of the addition of 13 new members to offices throughout the US, Canada, and India. With these new additions, the company has expanded its Consulting, Development, Sales, and Retail teams.
The new team members join offices in the US, Canada, and India, in the areas of Account Management, Marketing, Project Management, Development, Customer Service, Development, and Consulting. These teams collaborate closely with each other and with clients to design, build, implement, and support integrated solutions built on Dynamics NAV and other Microsoft applications that deliver real business value—and continue to provide superior customer support.
The new team members include:
Tenille Salas, Customer Service Associate – Tenille brings a background of client service/management, training, and outreach to the ArcherPoint Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Associate, she will provide schedule forecasting and staffing, 24/7 support scheduling and staffing, and customer service administration to ensure consistent, quality client support.
Alan Lyczkowski, Consultant – Alan has worked with Dynamics NAV for 15 years, concentrating on the Financial, Purchasing, Sales, and Manufacturing areas. He has also worked on NAV 2013 upgrades and designed a custom configuration tool that streamlined manufacturing operations for one of the nation’s largest home builders. Alan will provide ArcherPoint clients with the knowledge to help them manage their businesses and improve their utilization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Ed Fager, Developer – Ed has a long history with Dynamics NAV, first working with Navision 2.5. He has experience in the Dynamics NAV channel in consulting, installation, training, development, and support. Ed will work with clients to evaluate their requirements and needs and work with the client/ArcherPoint team to implement and support the client’s Dynamics NAV solution.
Ashok Sundaram, Developer – Ashok joins ArcherPoint’s office in India. He joins ArcherPoint’s Software Development team, winners of the Microsoft Directions Innovations Award. The team collaborates to provide innovative development, system integration, and technical services.
Courtney Hudson, Account Manager – Courtney has over ten years of sales/account management experience with companies such as TransUnion, Compliance 360, D&B, OmniVue and Advanced Business Systems. As an Account Manager, she will be managing the entire sales life cycle process on the East Coast.
Pandiyan Manivannan, Developer – Also joining the India office, Pandiyan joins ArcherPoint’s Software Development Team, working on development, system integration, and technical services.
Melissa Miller, Marketing Assistant – With 9 years of experience at a marketing firm managing multiple projects ranging from content, print, email, Web, and integrated marketing in the financial and health space, Melissa will play a critical role in supporting the executive and Marketing teams, including continuing to build and manage ArcherPoint’s social media infrastructure and network.
Krista Swanson, Project Manager – Krista has been involved in ERP since college and has a grown to the level of senior project manager for very large clients such as Walmart and Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she became a Certified Agile Scrum Master. Krista also brings a strong background with Dynamics NAV, ExpandIT, and Jet Reports to the team.
Ryan Grant, Consultant – Ryan, who has spent the past 16 years working with Dynamics NAV in the wine industry, is certified in Dynamics NAV Payroll and has extensive experience in retail development, implementation, and support. He will be working the ArcherPoint Retail practice and with non-retail clients, implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV and LS Retail solutions.
Donna Cline, Senior Consultant – With a background in accounting and ERP consulting in a variety of industries including construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, rentals, and distribution, Donna has worked in the Microsoft Dynamics channel since 2009 and has performed upgrades and implementations on NAV, including 2009R2 Classic, RTC (RoleTailored Client), and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.
Paul Smith, Consultant – Paul has been implementing Dynamics NAV for over 14 years, from v2.0 to the current RTC and has worked with and trained users in virtually every granule, in every type of industry. His specialty is in manufacturing, distribution, and operations. As a Consultant, Paul will focus on implementing Dynamics NAV solutions.
Tina Terrezza, Business Development Manager, Retail – With experience in business development, sales, and marketing, including POS/ERP products for LS Retail, MICROS and PAR, Tina will focus on helping retailers enhancing their business to competitiveness in their marketplace.
Brendon Oehser, Account Executive – With 18 years as a C-Level sales veteran in the IT and Supply Chain spaces, Brendon will focus on new business development for ArcherPoint. He will work with Marketing to define and implement strategies to acquire new clients, manage and drive Dynamics NAV solution sales opportunities through strategic selling, as well as managing relationships with ArcherPoint’s clients.
