PartnerTech Inc. and SACC-USA Expand Cooperation with Newly Elected US Leadership Position
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 15, 2014 -- PartnerTech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PartnerTech AB, leaders in postponement manufacturing, expands cooperation with SACC- USA with the election of Gary Bruce, President, North America as Chair-Elect of the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce USA (SACC-USA)
Over the past 10 years, PartnerTech has been a key contributor to SACC-USA, supporting events and education that serve to establish and expand investments between American and Swedish businesses.
PartnerTech recently played a significant role in sponsoring and participating in America Day (Amerikadagen), which was held on March 27th in Gothenburg, Sweden. America Day centered around helping businesses find success in establishing and expanding in the US, exploring trends and opportunities in the US markets and the latest on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
Bruce has been involved in Swedish-American business development as a member of Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce Georgia (SACC-GA) since 2008 where he has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman. He is a frequent guest speaker on topics such as Communications Lost in Translation, International Business & Culture and Postponement Manufacturing.
As Chair-Elect for SACC-USA, Bruce will have an active role in uniting the SACC Regional chambers together for the benefit of all.
According to Bruce, “The power of working together for the greater good is evident in the transfer of knowledge in best practices, referring business contacts and in support for visitors traveling between Sweden and the US.”
SACC-USA, the second largest European Chamber of Commerce in the US, serves more than 2300 members by supporting activities designed to help Swedish and US companies explore ways of establishing and expanding business on both sides of the Atlantic. Events are held throughout the year that serve to inform on developments such as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and to offer networking among members.
“Gary Bruce, with his keen corporate and cultural awareness, is the perfect person to continue the SACC-USA development process that was initiated in the fall of 2012,” says, Matias Bonnier, SACC-USA Chairman.
The SACC Executive Forum, first held in May of 2013, was inspired by Bruces’ idea that corporate executives needed a forum where corporate and cultural challenges and solutions could be shared among peers.
The upcoming SACC Executive Forum, May 7, 2014, to be held in Washington D.C., will continue to provide the opportunity for Senior Executives of large multinational companies to come together to share best practices, ideas for expansion and success in shared challenges.
