Septodont Donates Over $3,800 in Products to CareFIRST Carolina
Lancaster, PA (PRWEB) April 16, 2014 -- Septodont donated over $3,800 in dental products to CareFIRST Carolina. The products will be used for CareFIRST’s program MILES OF SMILES to aid in its mission to bring dental services to uninsured children and patients with special healthcare needs in South Carolina. The program serves the children of families in some of the poorest counties in South Carolina with many of the children having never seen a dentist. The donation will help support the $500,000 of unsubsidized dental work provided annually by Miles of Smiles to those who are below the federal poverty guideline. This is approximately 2,400 dental visits per year.
