3rdThird announces an expansion of their consulting division in order to meet the growing needs of their senior living clients. With the advent of the Silver Tsunami, senior living professionals are facing increasing challenges in the booming senior housing sector. Rapid community expansion and an influx of staff members new to the senior market have created a need for senior living expertise, from the C-level to the community staff. 3rdThird has brought in seasoned senior living consultants to meet the need.

3rdThird was formed by marketing specialists and senior living professionals to provide full-service marketing and sales support services to senior living communities and organizations. The existing suite of services includes marketing, media, branding, and market research. The addition of three former senior housing executives to the consulting team means 3rdThird will now be able to provide consulting services, including sales, marketing, operations, policies and procedures, resident services, and new business development, plus training programs in each of these areas.
