EmployeeScreenIQ (http://www.employeescreen.com) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its three-year Interim Surveillance Audit for the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP) with the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC). EmployeeScreenIQ has successfully demonstrated continued compliance with the BSAAP's Accreditation Standards and will continue to be formally recognized as BSCC-Accredited. This recognition represents EmployeeScreenIQ's continued commitment to excellence, accountability, high professional standards and continued institutional improvement.

To become accredited, background screening companies must pass a rigorous onsite audit, conducted by an independent inspector, of their policies and procedures as they relate to the following critical areas:

  •     Ability to Train and Educate Clients
  •     Accuracy and Depth of Products

In order to maintain accreditation, the accredited agency must verify continuing compliance with the BSAAP Accredited Agency, must not have any unresolved NAPBS or BSCC complaints or grievances of any kind and must be able to meet all current eligibility requirements for achieving initial accreditation.
