From April 6th through April 9th, U.S. Security Associates (USA) is exhibiting in the 2014 Retail Asset Protection Conference hosted by the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). The conference takes place at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, with a program that reflects key priorities of the retail industry. Conference goers can choose from six breakout session tracks: leadership and development, workplace safety, investigations, audit and analytics, technology and innovation, and operational shrink. The schedule also includes expert discussion panels and a four-hour training seminar for continuing education credit.
The event brings together representatives of all major retail segments, from food and beverage, apparel, and pharmacy to pet supplies, auto supplies, warehouse clubs, and more. The retail industry’s top asset protection executives join industry partners to hear more than 60 expert speakers, see the latest solutions featured in the Exhibit Hall, and learn and connect with one another.
This year, for the first time, RILA is partnering with the Loss Prevention Foundation on a charitable fundraising initiative to benefit the Loss Prevention Memorial Fund. The fund provides financial support for the families of fallen asset protection professionals whose lives were lost while performing the duties of their jobs. During Exhibit Hall hours, companies can purchase raffle tickets to be entered into drawings for prizes. All proceeds support the Loss Prevention Memorial Fund and the asset protection community.
